Product information
We take reasonable care with descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, materials, included items, availability and pricing. Lighting, screen settings and normal manufacturing variation can affect appearance. We may correct genuine errors or update information where necessary.

Order review & acceptance
Orders may be reviewed for payment, stock, delivery details, fraud risk and legal restrictions. Where reasonably necessary, we may refuse, limit or cancel orders involving failed payment, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, material pricing or information errors, unauthorized resale activity or legal restrictions. If payment has been collected for a canceled order, an appropriate refund is made to the original payment method.

Prices, currency & promotions
Transactions are in USD. Prices, applicable shipping, taxes, discounts and the final total are displayed before payment. By supplying payment details, you confirm they are accurate and that you are authorized to use that payment method.
Promotions may carry disclosed requirements, exclusions, minimum spend or expiry dates. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retroactively to completed purchases.

Delivery
Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment authorization. Standard U.S. carrier transit is estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch, in addition to processing time. Shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Returns, refunds & order changes
Eligible returns must be requested within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Contact us before sending an item; approved requests receive the appropriate return warehouse address and instructions. The business address is not an automatic return destination.
After an authorized return reaches the designated facility, we aim to inspect it within 5 business days. Once approved, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 1–3 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Send order cancellation or change requests within 12 hours after purchase. We will try to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing, fulfillment, shipment preparation or dispatch has started. There is no separate fee merely for submitting an eligible cancellation request.

Products are offered for lawful use. Fraud, unauthorized resale schemes, payment or promotional abuse, interference with the website or checkout, and other unlawful activity are prohibited.

Nothing here excludes consumer rights, remedies, warranties or liabilities that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
