Delivery & tracking assistance
Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment authorization. Standard U.S. carrier transit is estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch, in addition to processing time. Shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment.
Fulfillment may use our own operations or appropriate partners, depending on stock and destination.
Shipment details are emailed to the address used at checkout after dispatch when tracking is available. Allow approximately 48 hours after label creation for the first carrier activity; some carriers record only major transit milestones.
If tracking remains unchanged, the delivery range is substantially exceeded, or a parcel cannot be found, contact us. A “Delivered” scan does not by itself close a missing-parcel inquiry. We may ask you to check the delivery area, household, reception desk, neighbors or carrier while we review the circumstances.

Returns & product concerns
Eligible returns must be requested within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Contact us before sending an item; approved requests receive the appropriate return warehouse address and instructions. The business address is not an automatic return destination.
Customers generally pay return shipping for a change of mind or other preference-based return. For a confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed item, we arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or return solution without requiring you to bear the reasonable return shipping cost caused by that issue. No separate restocking fee applies to approved eligible returns.

Refunds & order changes
After an authorized return reaches the designated facility, we aim to inspect it within 5 business days. Once approved, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 1–3 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Send order cancellation or change requests within 12 hours after purchase. We will try to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing, fulfillment, shipment preparation or dispatch has started. There is no separate fee merely for submitting an eligible cancellation request.
